Yulista Management Services is Hiring a Quality Inspector I Near Huntsville, AL
- Ability to read and interpret complicated drawings, specifications, purchase orders, statement of work and standards to determine quality status
- Use precision measuring instruments to confirm dimensional compliance.
- Ability to perform GD&T measurement to verifying the compliance of complex detailed or completed components and/or assemblies of aircraft and/or ground support vehicles
- Be able to determine acceptance, rejection of materials presented for inspection and performing non-conformance reporting.
- Familiar with GD&T (ASME Y 14.5)
- Basic usage of surface plate and mechanical/optical inspection equipment to perform 3D inspection.
- Maintain Certifications as required to perform duties.
- Analyze test data, making computations as necessary, to determine test results.
- Must have High School Diploma and One (1) year Quality experience preferred, minimum of one (1) year working with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (Government and/or Commercial).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
- Experience in AS9100/ISO9000 environments (NADCAP a plus)
- Finishing Inspection of CARC paint system, MIL-DTL-5541chemical conversion, Anodizing and plating.
