Job Summary:

Access and Response Team (ART) are are expert schedulers and swift responders who provide a stellar member experience by prioritizing member delight and access to care. This job is for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, virtual-first environment, have excellent written and phone communication skills, and are passionate about making a difference.

Core Responsibilities:

• Go above and beyond to provide world-class experience for our members throughout their care at Workit Health.
• Corresponding with a high volume of members via chat messaging, phone, and email with exceptional customer service.
• Impeccable attention to detail to provider schedules, appointment capacity, and following processes, procedures, and updates.
• Communicate professionally with members, colleagues, and vendors.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling member information in compliance with Workit Health, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines.
• Go the extra mile to ensure members needs are getting to the right place, and any issues are addressed and resolved immediately.
• Contribute to organization improvement projects, trainings, etc as a Subject Matter Expert
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Passionate about providing stellar internal and external customer service and working with diverse populations including Workit staff, members, family members, and vendors.
• Solution-oriented, able to prioritize, and to work autonomously while delivering on goals and metrics.
• One or more years of health care experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with addiction recovery and harm reduction is a plus.
