Job Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for immediate needs!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance service requests.
- HVAC/EPA Certification Required
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
- Troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems including appliance repair.
- Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings and common areas.
- Must have your own set of basic hand tools.
Experience in the apartment industry a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn.
