Essential Functions
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Education and/or Experience: 3-5 years of experience. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and Teams. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regards to the implementation of current duties. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
Licenses/Certificates: Must be 21 years or older. Must be able to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission.

The work environment consists of very non-demanding surroundings with a low noise level. Will occasional work in extreme heat or cold conditions.
