As the Co-op's Beer & Wine Replenishment Buyer you will: Purchase product for the Beer and Wine Department. Organize and carry out beer and wine sampling. This position may also fill in for other grocery buyers and will include general grocery stocking shifts. Knowledge of current trends in the wine and beer industry as well as familiarity of basic beer & wine types and flavors is required. Buying and experience working with vendors is preferred. Must enjoy working with the public and have superior customer service and organizational skills. Requires regular lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Schedule: Varied shifts, predominantly day shift. Will include a weekend day.

Pay Range: Begins at $17.45 with additional compensation for experience

The buyers, with assistance from Marketing, also organize and carry out product samplings.
