Position Details

• Salary: 24.05 Hourly

This position is for a full time Sales Associate at The Fountains at Crystal Lake, a senior retirement community located in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

• Experience working with the senior population is strongly preferred.
• Occasional evenings may be required.
• Flexibility to work weekends is a must.

What you will need to be considered:

• 2-4 years' experience in a sales role (senior housing a plus)
• Experience with startup communities
• Proven sales record
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• Strong Business Acumen
• Experience with lead tracking software
