Sonic Systems International, Inc. (SSI) has an opportunity for a full-time Operations Coordinator.
We are accepting resumes from candidates that are motivated, high-energy, self-starters to
support our dynamic and fast-paced team in the business of energy services staffing/operations.
Responsibilities will include: performing planning, logistics, communicating complex schedules, and operational work; and providing comprehensive administrative support to our contract workforce.
This is a high-level administrator position, interfacing with multiple levels of management.
This position is in Downtown Wilmington, NC. This is a full-time position offering paid vacation, sick leave, full benefits package, and 401K program.
Employees are subject to background checks, as well as random drug and alcohol screenings.

Experiences for Operations Coordinator:*

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Clean background with no outstanding/pending charges.
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test at time of hire and random
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Non-US Citizen must hold current work visa or green card.
  • Flexibility—must be able to handle multiple tasks while remaining focused
  • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
