Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a professional environment,
• Excellent written and communication skills,

• Effective listening,
• Ability to follow directions,
• High school diploma or GED certificate,
• Regular, predictable attendance,
• All candidates must pass background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Third-party collections experience is a plus, but not necessary,
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not necessary,
• Demonstrates the ability to handle pressure professionally, when trying to meet deadlines and performance goals each month.
