Our client is a New York based general contractor and construction management firm established in 1986. The mid-sized business specialises in commercial renovations in the New York metropolitan area.
They are seeking a Mid-Level Estimator to join the interiors team in the NY office, the candidate will be working in a team and under the chief estimator. The ideal profile will be someone who has a degree in construction or another related field as well as roughly 5 years experience as an Estimator in the states and with experience working on interior projects within office and retail sectors.
There is a remuneration package of between $110K to $150K on offer dependant on experience as well as additional benefits on top.
