Must-Haves

• Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Radiographic Program.
• Advanced certification in MRI.
• Minimum of three years of MRI experience.
• Two years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MRI imaging techniques.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in radiology.
• Experience with scheduling software.
• Familiarity with patient care protocols.

Job Description

Under the guidance of the Director / Manager of Radiology, the Supervisor of Imaging Technologies will :

• Manage technical operations and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Assist in staff scheduling to optimize patient care delivery.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
• Perform MRI Technologist duties as needed.
• Act as a mentor to staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
