Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technolgies Company is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 3. This position will be located in our Camden, Arkansas facility.and performs manufacturing and quality technical assignments in the field and follows established policies. This position requires advanced skills and expertise in a range of processes expertise and systems.

Essential Functions

Assists with technical oversight and troubleshooting of Machining Operations involved in the manufacturing of Rocket Motors.
Troubleshoots mechanical processes pertaining to the Machining Operations involved in the manufacturing of Rocket Motors.
Accurately report problems, solutions and results in written and oral communications.
Supports Engineers by making recommendations for Rocket Motor manufacturing/machining process improvements and aids in their implementation.
Supports Engineers in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for the manufacturing/machining of Rocket Motors.

Qualifications

Requires High School and (6) years of energetics related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and energetics related experience.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, employees may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. Some employees may be required to drive between various locations within the company facility or between locations. This position may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.
