We are currently seeking a Service Lane Receptionist for our Brown’s Toyota store in Glen Burnie, MD.

Position Summary:

The Service Lane Receptionistsis responsible for ensuring that customers that come into the service lane are directed to the appropriate location to maximize the efficiency of their service. To ensure success you need to be accountable and perform your duties with a high level of accuracy and be extremely detail oriented and organized.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Answer screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Ensure service lane is tidy and presentable
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email

Ideal professional qualifications:

• 20 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record

• Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles

• Completion of drug and background screening
