A Sarpino's Pizzeria restaurant distinguishes itself from competitors by the fresh ingredients, a combination of cheeses, home-made sauces, a proprietary mix of Italian spices, and high-quality meats, freshly made pizza dough, hand-kneaded each day in Italian tradition.

The Field Consultant will provide customized business direction to assist Sarpino's franchise owners in maximizing profitability. They will communicate the performance level of the locations and franchisees within their assigned area in comparison to company standards and goals and implement business growth by identifying potential operational opportunities for improvement and provide training to strengthen locations.

BUILDING SALES & PROFITS: Impart Operational and Compliance guidance and education during monthly CARE Restaurant Visits: Consistently evaluate Sarpino's restaurants using the CARE review on a monthly basis. Document and Evaluate adherence to Company compliance standards, improvements made, areas of opportunity and direction on how to improve. Provide hands-on training and assistance to improve operations to standards in locations.

· TRAINING SUPPORT: Assist in on-site 30-day training program for new and transferring franchise locations. Travel, nights, and weekends will be required.

· BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Coach and counsel franchisees to reach individual store and territory goals. Train franchisees, managers, and store employees regarding company goals and initiatives. Provide guidance to franchisees to grow their business. Develop productive working relationships with franchisees, territory team members and HQ employees. Build Territory Relations by visiting all assigned restaurants/owners, communicating with franchisees via voicemail, e-mail, territory meetings, individual franchise meetings and written communications.

· SELF-DEVELOPMENT: Applies designated training programs to develop new skills. Participates in all scheduled training classes, be available to travel on an occasional basis to training sessions, field meetings, conventions, and staff meetings.

· C.A.R.E. - Monthly Store Evaluation, monthly evaluations of assigned units.

· Create and implement improvement plans, including hands-on training.

· Local Monthly Marketing Assessment for each managed unit

· Annual business plan and competition analysis for each managed unit

· Implementation of local marketing based on restaurant business plan and local marketing assessment

· Monthly Report Analysis and Feedback

· Discover possible Areas of Improvement to drive franchisee engagement & revenue

· Training Franchisees and General Managers and staff on All Store Level Processes

· Solicit participation in different marketing programs

· 30-Day on-site Training for New and Transferring Franchise Locations

· POS support

· Customer comment responses

· Establish and maintain a positive relationship with restaurant franchise owners

· Full understanding of Labor cost management and Food cost management and how it applies to restaurants

Training Provided:

· Completion of required reading list and related tests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 per year and up to 10% annual bonus based on CARE scores, LC, FC and Profitability KPIs of the assigned locations.

A separate Bonus available for each successful store opening.
