Position Summary

This position serves a critical role and will work closely with various levels of the company as well as with external partners. Will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function from invoice creation to the accurate and timely collection of outstanding payments from our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer billing, accounts receivable management, excellent communication skills, a proven record of managing DSO, and can successfully lead to scale for additional growth and maximize potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise Billing team, with an understanding of contract requirements and customer billing portals to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Implement deadlines for invoicing and payment collection.
• Evaluate existing processes and implement changes where necessary.
• Monitor A/R and assist with collection efforts.
• Manage all commercial banking relationships; determine, implement, and manage required credit, banking, corporate card and cash management processes, services, and resources.
• Oversee daily management of cash.
• Preparation of cash flow projections.
• Perform weekly, monthly and quarterly analyses and reporting on financial and cash liquidity covenants.
• Manage financial risk as it relates to treasury operations.
• Understands GL and manages appropriate procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling.
• Other job duties as required.

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related discipline.
• Experience leading a billing team.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, or accounting required.
• Familiarity with invoicing portals.
• Technical and business knowledge to include analysis using Microsoft Excel; proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications is also required, including but not limited to Word and PowerPoint. Prior experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools required.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
