Position Highlights :

7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday

Take charge of effective administration during your assigned shift.

Lead and mentor a team of skilled nurses and nursing assistants.

Assess and evaluate nursing service needs for optimal patient care.

Collaborate closely with the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Play a crucial role in the care plan initiation, implementation, and periodic evaluation.

Qualifications :

State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Home LTC (preferred).

Supervisor experience of 2 years (preferred).

Responsibilities :

Perform staff nurse duties when required.

Plan and administer nursing services for the designated unit.

Ensure safety measures and disaster protocols are known and practiced.

Manage supplies and equipment efficiently.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care plan initiation.

Reassess patient progress and revise care plans as needed.

Salary / Wage Range
