SteadyRain is seeking an individual with proven analytical skills who can develop solutions to complex problems. This role will actively manage project information and client requirements between client contacts, the account team, and the development team while ensuring client development projects are executed with high attention to detail. This position requires an experienced individual passionate about delivering award-winning work for a wide-spread industry base.Duties And Responsibilities
- Consult with clients concerning their business and the development of strategic advantages in the marketplace
- Utilize consultative skills to determine client needs
- Create functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, data mapping and test plan documentation for each assigned project
- Perform testing and user training as needed
- Actively initiate, facilitate and coordinate mission-critical conversations between client stakeholders and agency staff
- Work closely with clients and internal departments in order to understand and fulfill the needs of the client
- Provide innovative support and technical assistance to clients
- Manage, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients
- Keep current on products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
- Monitor, analyze and optimize performance of client accounts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding follow-up and follow-through talents
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough understanding of internet technology
- 4-year degree
- Experience in technology problem-solving and/or business analysis with an internet and/or marketing firm preferred
- 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Project Manager, preferably on interactive projects and/or online marketing campaigns
