WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The National Sales Executive is an Enterprise SaaS software sales role focused on new logo acquisition, targeting companies of all industry verticals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Prospect for new business, leading the sales motion to achieve sales quota.
  • Maintain a book of business as assigned, protecting the existing revenue stream and expand bookings
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and sales plans to consistently achieve short- and long-term objectives
  • Overcome prospect objections and position LiveVox to expand share of the customers addressable business
  • Articulate the value of LiveVox through presentations, demonstrations and open discussions with C-level executives
  • Capably represent LiveVox brand awareness and solution ROI
  • Effectively collaborate with Sales Engineers and cross functionally with key partners in the business such Channel Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, Support, etc., to successfully sell LiveVox solutions and support customers
  • Develop materials in-line with the specific sales and/or services opportunity requirements
  • Prepare responses to customer RFI/RFP's
  • Sell base solution with expectation that consulting and advisory services have value and will be provided at an incremental charge

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Successful candidates have over 5 years of experience in enterprise level sales, successfully selling complex cloud-based CRM/CCaaS/CX/Customer Engagement software solutions
  • You have a strong sales acumen and are experienced in a variety of sales methodologies such as Challenger, Sandler or MEDIC.
  • We expect you are a self-starter and can manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • You understand that prospecting will be a key to your success and are able to articulate how you have incorporated this into your overall sales strategy
  • Business development experience in the telecommunications, contact center and enterprise applications industry is desired.
  • Sales skills including demonstration of solution, presentation of ROI, overcoming common objections and the ability to interact with C-level executives is critical.
  • BS/BA and additional studies in business and/or marketing are beneficial.
  • Travel required.
