**Housekeeper** Location **The Upton - Hollywood, FL** Department **Property Operations** Region **Florida** The Upton Apartment Homes is our 388 unit luxury community located in Hollywood. The Upton offers our residents state of the art amenities and beautifully remodeled apartments. We are hiring a Housekeeper to join our talented team in South Florida!

**JOB SUMMARY:**

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, vacant units and public access areas including the office and clubhouse. Also responsible for cleaning apartments after move-out, preparing them for new residents and maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Performs all of the above within the quality and time standards established for the community and in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**

1. Cleans office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed. This includes, but is not limited to, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal.

2. Cleans apartments completely after move-out or make ready in order to prepare for new residents.

3. Keeps model units and public access areas clean and maintains them according to property standards.

4. Monitors the inventory of cleaning supplies.

5. Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, clubhouse and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.

6. Inspects property common areas, apartment units and grounds on a regular basis and works with community staff to make sure that the property's appearance is acceptable.
