**Pet Crematorium Operator/Driver**

Castro Valley, CA / Golden State Pet Crematorium / Full-Time At Golden State Pet Crematorium, we understand that losing a pet is like losing a family member or close friend, and we believe that all beloved companions should receive a special and dignified farewell. We are looking for a compassionate team member to join our team and uphold our high standard of care.

In this role, you will be in constant contact with our clients, so customer service and a compassionate approach will be essential to success in the role. **Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:**

Provide a high level of customer service both in person and over the phone.

Drive company van on route to client sites in the East Bay, Napa, and Salinas.

Pick up pets from contracted hospitals

Maintain accurate records for each pet

Operate cremation retort machine

Process Cremations Operate Engraver

Pack and ship urns

Wash interior and exterior of the work Van

Facilities maintenance of VetnCare owned hospitals: Landscape dutiesInterior/exterior maintenance

**Requirements:**

Must have a current California Drivers license

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently
