We own, operate, and manage multiple apartment buildings in New York City. We are looking for a clerical assistant / intern for our Hartsdale office.

$16 per hour compensation

Activities

• It could be a management project to improve operations.
• It could be reconciling a section 8 payments schedule against leased / prescribed rent
• It could be complying with government regulations (permits, filings, closing violations etc.)
• It could be coordinating access or repairs for peak vacancy season 

We also usually have larger projects aiming to improve/streamline our organizational capabilities operations every summer that provide real world experience in marketing, operations, report-building, various computer services technologies, etc.
