The Waters of Shelbyville is now hiring for Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to Join our TEAM!!!

12 hour shifts available 7A-7P

8 hour shifts available on 3p-11p shift

$5000.00 Sign On Bonus ($192.31 paid bi-weekly for 26 pay periods after 90 days)

CNA wage scale $16.50 through $18.50 per hour depending on experience plus

Shift Diff of $1.60 per hour stating at 3PM - 7AM

Attendance Bonus for full time staff is $100.00 bi-weekly

Weekend Shift Diff of $2.00 per hour for working every weekend

Non-Benefit Rate Program for those who do not require medical coverage $18.50 per hour plus shift diff of $1.60

The Waters of Shelbyville has both Days and Night Shift Available (12 hour Shifts )

The Certified Nuse Assistant (CNA) position provides each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Must possess, as a minimum, a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Course
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with the laws of this state
• Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Location: Shelbyville , TN

Required education: High school or equivalent

Required experience: long term care or skilled nursing: 1 year

Required license or certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
