We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enablement Engineer who has familiarity with data science and machine learning, and experience working with sensor data. As the champion for Qeexo's core ML products, you will work closely with customers and users to help integrate our technology into their machine learning application development life-cycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how customers interact with our products and make a meaningful impact on the growth of our company. You will join a highly capable team of machine learning engineers, product managers, software and embedded engineers, and report directly to the Director of Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption and engagement of Qeexo ML products by becoming a champion for the product.
• Engage with customers both on-site and virtually to understand their needs and help them integrate Qeexo ML products into their workflow.
• Work closely with product management, machine learning engineering, and software engineering teams to ensure the product is meeting customer needs and driving business growth.
• Identify new use cases and build demo applications for Qeexo ML products.
• Develop and conduct on-site and virtual training workshops to educate users on how to use Qeexo ML products.
• Develop and manage demo videos, user documentation, and blogs to support user adoption.
• Support customers during implementation of Qeexo Machine Learning products by understanding context, identifying sensor placement, collecting and analyzing data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or relevant work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex, open-ended problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with sensor data and the challenges of working with it.
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Hubspot) and methodologies, including creating PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.
• Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to drive innovation and growth.
• Domestic and international travel required up to 70%.
