We are looking for Party Planners for Alvies Boot Parties. The role is responsible for connecting people together to attend in-person boot-buying experiences in a fun and safe environment (your house, a friend's house, a business, etc). We are looking for the perfect person that loves people, has a natural ability to sell, and has a passion for creating and hosting parties
What you'll do:

• Connect our Boot Party Fitting team with people who want to try on boots - We roll out the red carpet for guests to have the best boot-buying experience in the industry
• Plan, build, and maintain Boot Parties to ensure attendance
• Build a client list and develop those relationships
• Social media marketing for Alvies in your market
• Form local partnerships - get people to host the party for you
• Manage bookings
• Help organize weekly schedules with multiple Boot Parties

You will have the ability to make anywhere from $750 - $10,000 a month, depending on the number of Boot Party's booked. The more you put in, the more earning potential.
The role is 100% commission based as a 1099 employee and you will also be held to a quarterly quota.
