Title: Wine/Service Manager - Land and Sea Dept at Chicago Athletic Association
Reports to: General Manager, Beverage Director, Director of Operations
Position Objective: Their primary focus is the oversight, training, and execution of wine programs, as well as daily operations and the communication with the various outlets -- Level 1 ( ) sommelier certification required. This position also oversees hourly staff, sales and guest experience as an operations service manager. They will maintain the tone and culture as related to Land and Sea Dept.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities*:

*Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
