Strategic Financial Solutions is looking for a Client Services Associate, who will work closely with the 3 advisors in our firm and our clients and assisting in their financial planning.

Strategic Financial Solutions is a fast-paced, fun, friendly, and dedicated environment. This position will involve working with a dedicated group of people, serving our clients with utmost respect, to help them achieve their financial goals and exceed their expectations for retirement.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process trade orders for existing SFS clients.
• Process new business for our firm in a timely manner, with proper tracking in place.
• Answer questions regarding the firm’s products and services for both internal and external clients.
• Maintain larger and/or complex client accounts
• Ensures proper handling and safeguarding of classified, confidential, private and sensitive information
• Provide quality service and information to the firm’s clients
• Serve as liaison between advisors and clients to ensure that items have been handled effectively and in a timely manner.
• Complete case preparation for upcoming client meetings
• Complete client servicing follow-up, including transcription, for our team of advisor’s clients.
• Complete MoneyGuide Elite for new and existing clients for the SFS Advisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 Years of Financial Industry Experience
• FINRA Licensed (Series 6) or willingness to do so within first 90 days of hire
• Knowledge with trading and investments
• Strong ability to prioritize and organize tasks, projects, and other assignments
• Future-based mindset

Salary to be determined based off of experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
