NCI Affiliates, Inc. (NCI) is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our Financial Services Department. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including general ledger, receivable/payable, cash, sales, and payroll accounts.
• Review contracts, process monthly billing, and monitor accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process monthly Social Security reports and sales tax returns.
• Provide support to Supervisors and process client timecards and billing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a professional bookkeeper
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
