Responsibilities
- Receives, credits, inspects, stocks-in and/or processes items returned for credit by inputting and verifying data in system for single and mass returns.
- Receives individual and mass order returns in system by entering package information into system and verifying order quantities, data accuracy, etc.
- Inspects and assigns initial stock-in status for package based on the condition of the product and established guidelines. Labels each unit according to the status assigned.
- Verifies quantities in system matches physical count of stock-in items.
- Assigns, creates and/or closes shipping, transfer, stock status changes in system.
- Documents and inputs information regarding hold and status changes to returned products.
- Processes end of life products/accessories and changes stock status in system.
- Ensures information is accurate and corrects any mistakes in the system before issuing credit.
- Exports data from system to track and document hold/status changes.
- Schedules with security for proper disposal of items.
- Reviews system 21 daily for CSA resolution and coordinates activity to resolve these actions.
- Communicates with other departments at CVI, CUSA, and/or customers regarding various product concerns.
- Runs various reports to verify discrepancies, track credits/returns/canceled orders, etc. Investigates and resolves discrepancies, products not credited, etc.
- Responds to inquiries from CUSA regarding product orders. Researches and investigates and communicate status updates and resolutions.
- Trains new members on various work stations.
- Cross train on all work stations to ensure adequate coverage.
- May be assigned additional duties and/or special projects.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
