Our client, a prominent law firm with practices across PA NJ and DE, has multiple openings for  Litigation Associate Attorneys to join their winning team in Philadelphia Cherry Hill or Wilmington.

Our candidate of choice will learn to bring experience in all phases of litigation including but not limited to drafting litigation documents (including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands), taking depositions, conducting legal research, and appearing in Court.

THIS POSITION OFFERS A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE (3 days in office 2 days remote) AND WE ARE HIRING JUNIOR-LEVEL AND SENIOR-LEVEL ASSOCIATES!

PENDING BAR ADMISSION IS ACCEPTABLE

WHAT YOU WILL BE MENTORED TO DO:

• Handle cases from inception to trial and appeal
• Appear regularly in Court to participate in conferences and oral argument
• Depositions and motion practice
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner
• Ability to immediately engage in client contact and assume relevant responsibilities
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills
• Comfortable working with all levels of business professionals, including senior management and all colleagues at other departments in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Have graduated law school with a JD
• Have sat for the bar (pending scores/pending admission is acceptable)
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
• Must be detail and deadline oriented
