We are hiring an EDI Coordinator who will monitor the electronic flow of data and files being processed by our systems and improve essential business resources.

Analyze the mapping of insurance claims, import / export files, and eligibility files for basic troubleshootingIdentify technical issues that may arise from improper enrollment or enrollment changes on electronic data interchange (EDI) files and coordinate with engineering partners to resolve issuesConduct daily, monthly, and quarterly audits of claims, eligibility, and accumulator dataPerform file loads into the operations systemCommunicate status of ongoing tasks on a regular basis to end users and supervisorCoordinates ongoing EDI testing, implementations, and upgradesTranslates business requirements into a viable technical solution document that meets the stated objectives requestedConsult with engineering team and other internal stakeholders to implement process improvements

At least 2 years of experience with system analysis, data analysis, and / or process improvementAn associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIntermediate working knowledge of Excel

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $20.

00 - $23.00 per hour. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
