Do you have history knocking doors and running an outside sales sales team? How about a sportsman-like mindset? We are searching for a person with a winning attitude to run our Oklahoma City sales team as the District Manager.
Here at Revamped Security, a top 10 ADT Authorized Dealer, we pride ourselves on "revamping" the industry to truly rebuild and restructure the way families are protected forever. The ability to help someone keep their home, family, pets, and belongings safe for a living could easily be one of the most rewarding careers there are. Since 2015, we have built our offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Oklahoma City, San Antonio, Indianapolis, Nashville and Tulsa.
This position includes a base salary, plus the ability to earn commission, overrides, and bonuses. So, you are not limiting yourself to just an hourly wage! This opportunity is life changing. Revamped Security is looking for candidates with great ideas, plans, and personality.

Job Duties:
The primary function of this District Manager position is
Producing with your Outside Sales Team by converting new homeowners into customers
ADT customers, while selling the ADT product suite and alarm services
Mentor, develop, motivate, and coach Sales Reps. Develop team for success by regularly communicating results and job expectations. Develop performance metrics for sales teams and monitor results
Regularly participate in ride-alongs and monitor progress of new and existing reps
Hold regular sales meetings with Sales Team
Maintain minimum personal sales requirements
Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management
Position involves outside sales work & office work (Training & administrative work)
