Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Issues policies, organize, and coordinate the servicing of new and renewal accounts from the time of invoicing according to Company guidelines and instructions from assigned underwriters. Provides high quality professional service to Agents and Companies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Prepare cancellation and non-renewal notices according to statutory and contractual requirements under the direction of assigned underwriters. 2. Process policy servicing requests (endorsement, audits, Company requests, Certificates, Premium Finance Notices and Cancellations, etc.). 3. Enter New Submissions into the clearance system and handle according to established procedures. 4. Set up underwriting files (both binding and brokerage) according to company policy. 5. Proof policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, etc. and make corrections as appropriate. 6. Maintain account files in accordance with company policy. 7. Issue policies according to internal guidelines. 8. Issue endorsements under the direction of assigned underwriters. 9. Sort incoming file requests and deliver to/for assigned underwriter. 10. Process "dead quote" files monthly per company procedures. 11. Support underwriters and team with clerical duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Must have knowledge of commercial multi-line policy issuance, binders and endorsements 3. Must have ability to use company automation to include Windows, Word, and DocuCorp 4. Ability to develop, foster, and maintain an excellent working relationship with agents and company personnel 5. Ability to work in a team environment essential 6. Good written and verbal skills 7. Good organizational, time management, and detail skills 8. Must be able to work independently 9. Ability to work extended hours when necessary Preferred Qualifications: 1. Some college 2.
