As a Real Estate Associate, you will serve as a valuable intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and expertise throughout the entire real estate process. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals
• Market and promote listings to attract potential buyers
• Guide clients through the process of selling or purchasing properties, providing expert advice and addressing any concerns
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
• Coordinate and collaborate with external stakeholders such as contractors, inspectors, and attorneys

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate with a proven track record of success
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
