Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and student success.

Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of talented educators and staff members, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and values.

Establish strong partnerships with parents, community stakeholders, and educational organizations to support student learning and development.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, curriculum development, and facility maintenance, to ensure a safe and enriching learning environment.

Qualifications:
