Job Description
TOUT SUITE is a collaborative outcome of world travels to create an exciting, lively cafe where one can enjoy simple, fine foods, baked goods, great coffee, and a place to get some work done.
We are looking for a multi-skilled HANDYMAN for partime/on-call employment!
Responsibilities
- Routine maintenance
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Roofing needs
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a handyman and various types of work
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, roofing or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
