In 2021, 6 Meridian entered into a partnership agreement with Hightower, a move that provided 6 Meridian with resources for business acceleration, talent development and operational infrastructure to continue their strong, steady growth. Our mission is clear: innovate based on our clients' needs and deliver investment options that are transparent, efficient, and at the forefront of the financial services industry. What You’ll Do The Director of Marketing focuses on driving firm and advisor growth through marketing strategies, objectives, and events. The Director of Marketing will lead the marketing efforts with support from third-party partners, internal resources, and the Hightower Marketing group to implement our marketing plan. Also, the Director of Marketing will work with the Director of Wealth Advisory to develop individual strategies and growth opportunities for wealth advisors with creative marketing resources and niche-focused campaigns and events.Areas of focus include client events, content marketing, collateral creation, social media strategy, website management, non-profit engagement, PR and communications.Work with our Leadership Team to increase organic growth by developing marketing strategies and activities aligning with our strategic objectives. Develop and implement the 6 Meridian brand across the firm and community. Implement practice management strategies for advisors to grow business with the Director of Wealth Advisory. Create, write, and design firm and advisor-specific content and deliverables with the assistance of third-party partners.Develop social media strategies and practices. Work with third-party partners and Hightower Marketing to oversee, update and enhance the our website. Coordinate creation and distribution of email marketing communications through Salesforce and Clout. Prepare marketing budget and report on expenses relative to marketing and special events. Work with other internal lines of business to communicate projects, updates, and collateral.
