We are seeking a Metabolic/SkinCare Patient Coordinator to become part of our team. Our ideal candidate would be an energetic, highly organized, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent customer service, sales experience, and strong communication skills with the ability to perform at a high pace with attention to detail while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care.

• Take new patient calls and schedule new patient appointments.
• Manage provider schedules.
• Follow up with patients after consult to discuss treatment plans and program options.
• Manage consultation process, patient communication creating exceptional patient experience .
• Communicate patient needs with the providers.
• Order and maintain product inventory.
• Be willing to perform additional tasks as needed.

• 3 years of previous experience working in a plastic surgery practice is a plus.
• Ability to create a great customer/patient experience.
• Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and presence.
• Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excels in a busy environment.

• Strong computer and EMR proficiency.
• Must be able to travel between our Virginia and Chevy Chase offices when needed.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
