Schedule: 2 hours per day, 1 day per week, 12 total weeks. If successful, they would likely renew and do this program 2-3 times a year.

Who: Group of 7.

Contract length: 12 weeks. Available to renew if successful. Contract could also grow if you'd like. Many online job opportunities would also come with this placement.

Fluency Corp is a privately-owned group of talented instructors that want to take language teaching/executive language coaching (building fluency, polishing, improving communication) to a new level for the executives that we work with.

We not only teach our students through relevant, interesting conversation (as we all learned our first language!), but we motivate them to keep learning by communicating with others in the community, and trying new ways to learn that truly boost fluency like TV and making friends. We also give highly customized lessons based on client's job and interests.

What we are looking for: energetic, passionate instructors that can engage highly educated professionals in meaningful, relevant conversation to build fluency and help them assimilate (IF APPLICABLE).

You must :

• have 5 years teaching SPECIFICALLY to groups of adults
• have experience creating communicative and relevant lessons based on the needs of the group
• take the information/needs given from the client (we will provide this to you) and make a plan for the 12 weeks of lessons
• be able to fill out a goals form and progress reports
• be always on time (preferably early)
• create interesting, relevant lessons, providing an inviting environment for the students

All materials and books provided that you need for the client, but you choose what is relevant for the client. We have a suggestion list as well.
