Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating brand-right, commercial designs aligned with conceptual direction and business strategy.
- Adapt designs based on feedback received.
- Ensure designs meet budget and time commitments.
- Generate multiple design ideas and present them to the internal creative team.
- Stay informed and passionate about key fashion/beauty market trends.
- Utilize resources for sourcing new ideas internally and externally, and stay updated on competitor research/trend analysis.
- Foster collaborative and effective cross-functional relationships.
- Prepare materials for meetings and presentations, and coordinate logistics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field.
- 5 years of design experience in a highly creative/innovative environment.
- Experience designing sports bras, leggings, sport layers and lounge apparel.
- Proficiency in sketching, Illustrator, and Photoshop; ability to build tech packs and measure garments.
- Large retail brand experience preferredÂ
- Achieve set goals with acute attention to detail, tracking progress, and anticipating potential issues.

- Exceptional talent with a commercial fashion eye and attention to detail in product styling/performance.
