Summary of Position:

Directs and coordinates all daily operations. Provide vision and leadership in long-range planning to ensure the continuity of the Branch. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and crisis situations through effective problem-solving and mediation skills. Oversee compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Providing leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the Company are put into practice
• Developing business strategies and new business opportunities
• Must foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the Company
• Develop budgets for the branch with the assistance of the staff
• Supervising directly non-supervisory employees; carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Ensure the branch always delivers exceptional customer service.
• Monitor shipments to ensure they are handled in a timely fashion and to the satisfaction of the customer
