Summer Internship or Seasonal Full Time Position: Mid May to Mid September 2024 (or August based on school schedule)-
PAID INTERNSHIP: $16hour
National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking motivated, customer service focused individual to fill a summer intern position OR seasonal full time position.
This position is responsible for transforming leads into student applications, maximizing/generating student housing move-ins, and helping to facilitate "good" roommate matches.
This position is located in Indianapolis at our corporate office and will be full-time from May 20th through the end of August to mid-September (depending on availability of the Intern). Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with a 30 min. lunch
Office is located at 5175 E 65th St. Indianapolis, IN 46220
.
Qualifications
This position requires:
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, at a face pace,
- Professional attitude and appearance. (Nice jeans/shorts are approved attire)
