We are looking for a fully remote Full Time Client Success Specialist. This is a Contract 10-99 position. This role starts at $20/hour with opportunities for growth and advancement!
Typical Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing main point of contact for all clients
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbally)
- Additional duties as relevant to the role
**This role is FT - Contract 10-99 and we are looking for someone available: Monday - Friday (9-6).
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma
Comfortable with computer systems
Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
Verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving ability
2 years previous Client Success Service Experience
