The Position

This position is responsible for providing exceptionalclient service to hospitals and radiologists to ensure that the work flowthrough the reading center is maximized.This is a unique opportunity for a Client Services Professional whoenjoys working in fast paced, team environment.This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates interested in pursuing a career in the health care industry or anyone wanted to advance their career in the health care industry. KeyResponsibilities of the Position:

• Deliver client satisfaction through effectiveresolution of client calls (call center environment)

• Multitask effectively in a high volume client service center

• Utilize multiple information systems to verifythe availability of diagnostic information

• Troubleshoot workflow gaps with diagnostic information, patient orders, and physician resources

• Owns issues through verified resolution

• Establish effective working rapport withclinical team including physicians

• Build effective relationships and workenvironment with teammates

• Identify process improvement opportunities

Job Requirements

The Ideal candidate will have:

• A minimumof 2 years experience in a client services environment.

• Bachelor orassociate degree in business or health care administration a plus

• Knowledgeof medical terminology preferred.

• Highlyproficient with computers

• Fast Learner and efficient in learning to use new computer software

• Ability towork in a fast pace, collegial environment

• Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal

• SuperiorCustomer Services skills
