Seeking a Structural Drafter for a position with a client located in Wexford area of Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Produce 2D drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate representation of project requirements.
- Create detailed drawings for industrial, residential, and commercial structures.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest drafting technologies and software.
Structural Drafter Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Structure Drafter.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D software.
- Knowledge of structural steel and foundations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of industrial, residential, commercial, and architectural drafting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to meet project deadlines.
