Do you enjoy contributing to a wide range of technology projects?ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior IT Network Specialistto support on premise and cloud-based systems and applications and management of network storage, virtualization platforms, phone systems, contact center applications, network infrastructure and end points. This role may be required to assist client tech teams with connectivity between networks and internal team’s connections to client systems.
This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the central or eastern United States (CST or EST time zones). Occasional onsite travel to a ReSource Pro office will be required.

After 3 months you will...

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and systems. Responsible for network changes and reconfigurations. Lead Server Management including Active Directory, O365, Azure, HyperV, and other infrastructure security platforms.
• Assist the Information Security team with security related tasks and projects.
• Provide guidance and support to junior-level IT staff on Systems and Network projects and initiatives.
• Perform Tier 3 assistance to other help desk staff to resolve more complex issues.
• Support and may lead a wide range of Technology projects. Perform more complex tasks related to the many IT Dept goals and initiatives.
• Assists the Technology team with M&A due diligence and integration planning and execution of system migrations.

What you need to be successful...

• 3-5 years' experience in cloud infrastructure/server/network administration
• Working knowledge of Azure and AWS required
• Experience with networking (including Cisco ASA, Switches, IPv4, NAT, ACLs, firewalls, WiFi technologies, VOIP, QoS) required
• Self-motivated
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills
