· Consistent Workload: On average, our drivers run 1900 miles per week, with exceptional drivers covering up to 2400 miles per week.

· Parking Facilities: If you live within 30 miles of our terminal, you must park at the terminal. Otherwise, you can take the truck home during your off-duty time.

· Paid Time Off: We value work-life balance and offer generous paid time off options. Earn 7 days of PTO in your first 12 months, 10 days for years 1 to 5, 15 days for 5 years, and 20 days after 20 years.

· Holiday Benefits: Although working on holidays is not mandatory, we provide first-come, first-serve opportunities for those interested. Our drivers are compensated with $190 per day after one year of service.

Requirements:

· Experience: Applicants must possess a minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience. If part of your experience includes team driving, it will count towards meeting this requirement.

· Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations or incidents within the last three years. No major preventable accidents in the past 3 years (a major accident is defined as over $25,000 in damage), with no more than one highway accident in that time frame.

· Safe Driving: Cannot have had any reckless/careless, rear-end, or rollover incidents in the past three years.
