Job Summary
Under the direction of the Executive Director, Curriculum and Instruction (C&I) , plan, organize, coordinate and implement the operations and activities of the Teachers of Color Pipeline (TOCP). The TOCP Program, function or instructional area is to enhance the educational effectiveness and efficiency of the Office of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools (FCSS) and its services to school districts; establish an equity-focused grow-your-own teacher pipeline to support students of color to become the next generation of highly qualified teachers; in addition to supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned personnel.

Salary Placement: The successful applicant will be placed on the appropriate salary schedule based on the range of the position being filled. The successful applicant will be placed on Step 1 unless given credit for prior verified related professional experience.
