Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with a boutique law firm specializing in real estate and eviction law in its search for an Unlawful Detainer / Real Estate Paralegal. This is a direct hire role out of the firm’s Los Angeles offices.

This role is available as the firm is growing their close-knit team!

Primary duties of the Unlawful Detainer Real Estate Paralegal include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with drafting discovery and motions, preparing binders, and other legal documents.
• Corresponding with clients.
• Calendar management.
• Organizing and maintaining files.
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.

The successful Unlawful Detainer Real Estate Paralegal will have:

• Prior law firm experience desired.
• Knowledge of real estate desired.
• A Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certification from ABA approved program.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and case management systems.
• Strong ability to work independently with little supervision.

Salary Range: $70-90k, commensurate with experience; $25-50/hour, commensurate with experience.
