The Territory Manager’s position exists to share the Blue Flamingo SoftWash message, develop referral
sources grow and manage commercial and residential client relationships. The Territory Manager is the
point-person for the revenue of the company, the lifeblood of the business. You are the key person
responsible for conveying the value proposition to the client and securing sales. We employ only leaders
who want to work for the industry leader and excel at the highest level. This is a semi-supervised position,
requiring a responsible, conscientious team player. The right person will be an organized self-starter with a
willingness to learn attitude. We are a growing company and the person in this role must be comfortable in
an ever-changing growth-oriented sales environment.
If you are a top performer and a great fit with our company, then you will be promoted to a trainer.
