Position Details:
- Title: Assistant Store Manager
- Employment Type: Exempt Salaried
- Working Hours: >45 hours per week
- Work Location: Non-remote in-office position: 3401 W 8th St. Los Angeles Ca 90005
- Direct Supervisor: General Manager
- Reporting Structure: You will directly report to the GM and CEO.
- Job Responsibilities: As the Bored N Stone Team Asst. Manager, your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring established policies and procedures are being followed by department assistants.
- Ensuring adherence and assisting in the implementation of new directives from the GM.
- Maximizing sales performance and revenue generation
- Attending industry events and tradeshows in an official capacity
- Conducting product R&D
- Dealing with customers and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Assisting the GM with training of staff
- Supervising menu for design, informational accuracy and compliance
- Counting inventory and maintaining accuracy of inventory
- Opening/Closing the store
- Auditing Cash Drawers/Taking Cash Drops
- Sending bi-monthly reports to direct supervisors
- Continuing technical and product knowledge training until extreme proficiency is achieved.
- Confidentiality and Intellectual Property: You will be required to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the company’s Intellectual Property (IP) and other confidential information.
- At-Will Employment: The Employee and the Employer agree that the employment relationship is “at-will” and may be terminated by either party at any time; with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create an employment contract for a definite term or to restrict the Employer’s right to terminate the Employee’s employment at any time for any reason not prohibited by law.
- Benefits: Health benefits with GMO employers will pay 90% of the cost of insurance premium for employee’s Medical, Vision and Dental coverages.
