We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:
Oversee a portfolio of distressed loans, analyzing property collateral, financial operations, and market data to determine resolutions that mitigate losses related to troubled assets and defaulted loans. Once a resolution has been developed, the Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for preparing a comprehensive case memo, seeking appropriate approvals for the resolution, and then working with counsel to document and implement the resolution.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include the following:

• Managing a portfolio of non-performing commercial real estate loans or REO.
• Evaluation of the borrower's current financial situation to determine if the borrower can cure any defaults. If that is not reasonably possible, then pursuit of liquidation strategies that will maximize recoveries in a minimum amount of time.
• Responsible for preparation of comprehensive Business Plans and implementation of workout or liquidation recommendations.
• Working with brokers, property managers, receivers, and others to dispose of defaulted loans or REO.
• Negotiation with all parties involved (borrower, attorneys, and outside sources) during the workout process to achieve maximum recovery.
• Presentation of updates and related materials to Senior Management and Credit Committee, as required.
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Five to ten years prior experience with non-performing commercial real estate loans.

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.
Compensation
$160,000-$185,000 USD
